PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a wavelength shift due to the temperature change of a laser diode is generated when repetitive conditions are altered, and displaced from the absorption wavelength peak of a laser medium and the pulse energy of laser beams is lowered in a method controlling the laser oscillation conditions of a conventional pulse-driving laser-diode exciting Q switch solid laser.;SOLUTION: The wavelength shift due to the temperature of the laser diode is prevented by keeping the pulse-driving conditions of the laser diode constant at all times. The state is maintained in which an oscillation wavelength is optimized at the absorption peak of the laser medium. The pulse energy of laser beams and a pulse repetitive frequency are controlled by controlling the timing of a Q switch.
