PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system of an ovarian cancer, which diagnoses an ovarian cancer, based on a manifestation amount of biomolecules. PSOLUTION: This system is equipped with: a detection device 100 for detecting a detection value of a manifestation amount of an apolipoprotein A1 gene in a diagnosis object ovary tissue; a storage device 200 for preserving a normal value of the manifestation amount of the apolipoprotein A1 gene in a normal ovary tissue; and a determination mechanism 301 for determining that the diagnosis object ovary tissue is clear cell adenomatous carcinoma, when the detection value is lower than the normal value.
