PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a predicted turbulence area analyzer which analyzes and predicts an air space where the risk of generation of turbulence is high, with a high accuracy and which, when the turbulence area is predicted, transmits beforehand countermeasures to an airplane and the like.;SOLUTION: New high resolution numerical data are prepared by recalculating numerical meteorological data transmitted from the Meteorological Agency as an initial value and a boundary value, based on a meteorological mathematical model of a specific air space configured of a plurality of grid points, by using as the minimum unit a rectangular solid consisting of 8 grid points, the distance of which is 2 km or less in the horizontal direction and 300 m or less in the vertical direction, A Richardson number (RI) and a vertical gradient of potential temperature (Γ) are calculated based on the high resolution numerical meteorological data, and the prediction is made by classifying the turbulent area, based on these physical quantities.
