PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily detecting a section lacking in regularity from among the operations of various types of tasks. PSOLUTION: A measuring part 11 measures the operating state values of one or more tasks owned by software as the object of analysis. A cluster setting part 12 sets or updates a cluster range on the basis of the measurement result of the operating state value by the measurement part 11. A cluster storage part 13 stores a cluster range set by the cluster setting part 12. A determination part 14 determines whether or not a new operating state value measured by the measurement part 11 is included in the cluster range set on the basis of the previous operating state value by the cluster setting part 12 or its neighboring range. A circumstance storage part 15 stores unique circumstances according to the determination result of the determination part 14.
