PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity characteristic estimating method and viscosity characteristic estimating program, estimating shearing speed dependency of viscosity in optional resin with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: This viscosity characteristic estimating method for estimating shearing speed dependency of viscosity in resin X based on the viscosity characteristic data in resins A, B, C, D, which are of the same kind and different in MFR value, includes: a first step of taking the resin A as a reference resin; a second step of making the viscosity 1/S times , and making the shearing seed S times using a correction factor S in the resins B-D to thereby obtain a correction factor S for the resins B-D so that the viscosity characteristic data fit to the viscosity characteristic data of the resin A; a third step of obtaining the correlation between the correction factors S of the resins A-D and the MFR values of the resins A-D; and a fourth step of obtaining the shearing speed dependency of viscosity in resin X based on the correlation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
