PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for analyzing fundus examination images for weighing a plurality of fundus examination images and for quantifying time-dependent changes to understand the variation through the sense of vision. PSOLUTION: The system for analyzing fundus examination images includes a computer 3 which includes a data storage means 18 for storing various data or the like, information data acquisition means 21, 23 for calculating depth information 20 or the like by utilizing a first fundus examination data 15 or the like, a virtual line segment setting means 24 for setting a virtual line segment 11, depth profile curved line calculating means 25, 26 for calculating a first depth profile curved line 7 or the like, a curved line superimposing means 27 for superimposing two depth profile curved lines 7, 8, a variation calculating means 28 for calculating variation data 19 in which time-dependent changes are digitized from the depth profile curved lines 7, 8, a variation map creating means 29 for creating a variation map 9, and a synthesized map display means 31 for displaying a synthesized map 10 in which the created variation map 9 is combined in a fundus image 6 and functions as a variation map displaying means 32.
