PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the unprocessibility of unprocessible gravitational wave with a time machine invented by Dr. Amos Ori into perfect by using an update technique.;SOLUTION: The method includes scientifically observing gravitational waves and allowing the waves to have aligned phase such as laser beams, thereby achieving the time machine invented by Dr. Amos Ori while using the latest technique such as a visualizing method of inner gravitational waves and phase modulation of inertial gravitational waves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
