(57) Abstract The ATM cell is encapsulated in bigger data packet and the system which is transmitted via the wide band communication system, the ATM cell receiver (410), the data packet formatter (430), includes the buffer (434), and the data packet formatter controller (438). The ATM cell receiver (410) receives the ATM cell, sends these to the buffer (434) which is included inside the data packet formatter (430). The data packet formatter controller (438) controls the insertion to the buffer (434) of the ATM cell, also compresses the ATM cell furthermore as an option, expands the bandwidth in regard to appearance of the system.
