PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure mass-productivity of a speaker using a diaphragm composed of two bodies by dividing into two parts of a center part having functions of a diaphragm and an edge at the outer peripheral part for securing vertical amplitude regarding a manufacturing method for a speaker used for various types of acoustic equipment.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a speaker is provided with a process for positioning a joined product, which is formed by joining the diaphragm 27 and a voice coil 28, and a frame 26 by a positioning jig inserted from the rear face, a process for fixedly joining the diaphragm 27 with the frame 26 by the edge 29, and a process for pulling out the jig inserted from the rear face and for inserting and joining a magnetic circuit assembled in another process in exchange for the pulled-out jig.
