PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for enabling or disabling the mode display of a multifunctional type electronic device (1).;SOLUTION: This is the method for enabling the display of at least one hidden mode in the multimode type electronic device. The method comprises a step for determining if at least one hidden mode data meets the given requirements; and a step for allowing mode indicator of the above hidden mode to be displayed during the period of circulation step in a visible mode, selecting the visible mode of mode selector mode which can utilize the above-mentioned at least one mode.
