PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease the burden on an administrator in creation of a workflow and management of work progress situation.;SOLUTION: An overall management server 21 is provided with a means to make an overall responsible person specify a branch workflow of work carried out by each branch responsible person, and a means to notify the branch workflow of each person to each branch responsible person. A branch management server of each branch is provided with a means to make the branch responsible person specify a subworkflow for each work person in charge, a means to acquire work execution information indicating the works executed by the work person in charge, and a means to determine that all the works of the subworkflow of the work person in charge has completed based on the acquired work execution information. The overall management server 21 is furthermore provided with a means to manage the situation of progress of the works concerning the branch workflow of the branch responsible person based on the determination result of the progress regarding the subworkflow specified by the branch responsible person, and a means to output the situation of progress of the works concerning the branch workflow to the overallresponsible person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
