PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating lining cloth excellent in heat insulating properties, lightweight, and flexible, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide flame-retardant bulky yarn from which the heat insulating lining cloth is producible.;SOLUTION: This flame-retardant conjugated yarn is spun by subjecting a high-shrink flame-retardant fiber and a low-shrink flame-retardant fiber to mix spinning in a weight ratio of 20:80 to 60:40, wherein the high-shrink flame-retardant fiber has a wet heat shrinkage percentage of ≥ 40%, when measured after treated at 135°C for 20 min, and the low-shrink flame-retardant fiber has a wet heat shrinkage percentage of 0-5%, when measured after treated at 135°C for 20 min. The method for producing the heat insulating lining cloth comprises weaving or knitting the flame-retardant conjugated yarn into a woven or knitted fabric, and then subjecting the woven or knitted fabric to heat and shrink treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
