PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen linkage between a portable electronic apparatus and a server apparatus, and to improve usability of a mobile apparatus or the like more. PSOLUTION: Transmission data addressed to the server apparatus including metadata regarding content data stored in the storing means of the own apparatus or apparatus information regarding the own apparatus is generated, and transmitted from a mobile apparatus 4 mounted on a cradle 1 to the server apparatus 2 via the cradle 1. The server apparatus 2 receives the transmission data transmitted from the mobile apparatus 4 via the cradle 1, and executes processing according to the received transmission data, use processing of the content data, understanding processing of the use status of the content data, and understanding processing of the state of the mobile apparatus.
