CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR INTAGLIO OFFSET PRINTING, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a new conductive paste for intaglio offset printing, which can form an electrode pattern having a sufficient thickness and which excels in three-dimensional shape accuracy and conductivity on a surface of a substrate by increasing a transfer rate in a first transfer process out of an electrode pattern forming processes using an intaglio offset printing method; and a method of manufacturing an electrode substrate using it.;SOLUTION: The conductive paste for intaglio offset printing uses, as a solvent dispersing conductive powder and glass frit by dissolving a binder resin therein, a mixture solvent containing diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate A and 2-butoxy ethanol B at a mass ratio A/B of 70/30-98/2. In the method of manufacturing an electrode substrate, an electrode pattern is formed on a substrate by an intaglio offset printing method by combining the conductive paste for intaglio offset printing with a blanket having a surface layer formed of silicone rubber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
