PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meeting environment management device capable of detecting a meeting room having the most suitable meeting environment according to the purpose of a meeting and the state of equipment placed in a meeting room.;SOLUTION: The meeting environment management device includes a meeting environment information storage part 15 in which information on equipment provided in a plurality of meeting rooms and information on whether or not the equipment is in a usable state are stored in units of meeting rooms, a message transmission/reception part 11 for receiving a message to which a selection condition for selecting a meeting room is input, and a control part 20 for detecting a meeting room which meets the selection condition and has equipment being in a usable state as a candidate for use by referring to the meeting environment information storage part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
