PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make time for completing data reception by a terminal with good reception as short as possible in a highly reliable multicast data distribution system.;SOLUTION: When a transmitting terminal 10 receives a response packet showing that a packet has been lost from one of receiving terminals, the terminal 10 stores the packet loss information and continues to transmit other data to be transmitted by a transmitting part 15, and after the transmission of the other data to be transmitted is completed, it retransmits the lost packet to the receiving terminal based on the stored packet loss information. The receiving terminal where a packet has been lost receives the lost packet at the end of all receiving data, however, a receiving terminal with good reception can receive data as usual without time loss.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
