PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave band radio transmitter, a microwave band radio transmitting system, a microwave band radio receiver, a microwave band radio transmitting/receiving system and an electronic apparatus for alleviating the influence of harmonic distortion and cross-modulation distortion by simplified structure, without the use of a local oscillator having frequency stability and accuracy and independently transmitting a plurality of broadcast signals to a plurality of receiving sides. PSOLUTION: A couple of multiplex signals are generated by adding a reference signal to an input modulated signal by a reference signal adding circuit 2. Two multiplex signals are up-converted in frequencies to millimeter waves by a frequency converting/transmitting circuit 3 and thereby the two multiplex signals up-converted in frequencies are respectively transmitted as the radio multiplex signals in different polarizations. The two broadcast signals are regenerated by down-converting in terms of frequencies of the two radio multiplex signals using the reference signal added in the transmitting side by a frequency conversion/receiving circuit 11.
