PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiating part of a cooling device having excellent heat radiating performance, durability and corrosion resistance, and achieved in a reduction in size and weight and an improvement in productivity, and a cooling device provided with the radiating part.;SOLUTION: In the radiating part 1 of the cooling device, a metal-made pipe member 10 and a metal-made corrugated fin 20 are alternately superposed in multiple layers and fixed, the heat of fluid circulated through the pipe members 10 is released from the corrugated fins 20.
