PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality improving agent for poultry eggs reducing meat spots and/or blood spots caused in the eggs. PSOLUTION: This quality improving agent for poultry eggs contains at least one kind selected from herbs of Labiatae, and reduces meat spots and/or blood spots caused in the poultry eggs.
