PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore and spray only recyclable separated sand as new topdressing sand to a section between artificial turfs, while separating and recovering unnecessary powdery soil, accumulated between the artificial turfs, and the recyclable topdressing sand by using equipment mounted on only one hand truck.;SOLUTION: The one hand truck is equipped with: a sediment suction machine 4 for sucking in sediment, which is accumulated between the artificial turfs by being splashed by means of a roll-shaped rotary brush 2 pivotally supported on the hand truck 1, from a hood 3; a powdery soil separating filter 6 which allows the powdery soil in the sediment to pass with an exhaust air flow, and which is provided in a rear pipe 5B via a lower pipe 5A of a tee 5 connected to an exhaust port 4A of the sediment suction machine 4; an exhaust-air filtration bag 7 for storing the powdery soil, which is arranged in the rear pipe 5B in such a manner as to communicate with it; an opening 10 for spraying the topdressing sand, separated by the filter 6, with the remaining exhaust air flow via the lower pipe 5A; a skirt 9 for the prevention of the flying of the topdressing sand, which is provided on the periphery of the opening 10; and a prime mover M for rotatively driving the rotary brush 2 and the sediment suction machine 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
