PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular strength increase system constituted so as to effectively increase muscular strength without requiring unnecessary time etc. of a user himself/herself.;SOLUTION: The muscular strength increase system consists of a muscular strength increase tool 10 and a pressurizing force controller 20. The muscular strength increase tool 10 includes: a tightening belt 1 internally provided with a tube; and a fixing part 7 for keeping the belt 1 in the shape of a loop with a prescribed diameter. In the state of winding the belt 1 around the prescribed tightening site of an arm or leg and fixing it by the fixing part 7, the tube is filled with air to apply prescribed pressurizing force to the arm or leg around which the belt 1 is wound. Thus, a blood stream is hindered for implementing a method of pressure muscular force training. The pressurizing force controller 20 controls a built-in pump 2 to automatically control the pressurizing force in the range of not exceeding the preset pressurizing force.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
