PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving transconductor which has high linearity. PSOLUTION: The transconductor has first and second transistors which each have a first gate, a second gate, a source, and a drain, where the first gate and second gate can independently be controlled, a difference voltage input can be supplied between both first gates, sources are connected to each other, and a first control voltage can be supplied to both second gates in common, and both drains are differential current output terminals; third and fourth transistors which have connections similar to those of the first and second transistors, where polarities from differential voltage inputs to differential current output terminals are opposite to each other and both drains are connected to the drains of the first and second transistors; and a current source which is connected between both sources of the first and second transistors and between sources of the third and fourth transistors.
