PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing an antibody enzyme together having high molecule-recognizing ability as an antibody and activity as an enzyme, to provide the new antibody enzyme obtained by the method, and to provide another antibody enzyme applicable to the method and having a three-dimensionally specific structure.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the antibody enzyme includes an antibody structure-analyzing process for confirming whether a triadic structure of catalyst residues in which a serine residue, an aspartic acid residue, and a histidine residue or a glutamic acid residue are arranged in a neighboring space in a three-dimensional structural manner exists or not in a three-dimensional structure of the antibody estimated based on its amino acid sequence. Because the triadic structure of the catalyst residues is such a structure as specific to the antibody enzyme, the antibody enzyme is efficiently screened thereby.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
