PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which an error at a zero point and on a full scale can be fully eliminated.;SOLUTION: The X and Y coordinates (P1 and 0) are set, in case a sensor output when the manometer reading is 0, is P1. In addition, the X and Y coordinates (P2 and F) are set, in case the sensor output when the manometer reading is F, is P2. Then a primary function [Y=(F/(P2-P1))(X-P1)], passing through the two coordinates, is set. During the operation, the axis of coordinates is read in terms of the driving force of the actuator, and the driving force of the actuator corresponding to the measured sensor output, is displayed. In this respect, the function passes through the coordinates (P1 and 0), which means the completion of the substantial zero point correction. Further, since the function passes through the coordinates (P2 and F), this is tantamount to the completion of the substantially full-scale correction and since the function passes through the two coordinates (P1 and 0), (P2 and F), it is considered that the conversion gain (gradient) has been corrected.
