METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPINNING FIBER LONGER THAN SINGLE FIBER OF RAW MATERIAL PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently mass-producing a fiber far longer than the length of a single fiber contained in a raw material, and a fibrous material usable for substituting cotton and/or capable of being subjected to mixed spinning with the cotton, and having soft touch feeling as a spinning material by using a non-wood and non-ligneous material such as an old tree or the like of banana, waste or the like of farm products, hurds or the like, and or the like of Diplomorpha sikokiana, containing cellulose fiber as a main component, and lignin, pectin or the like as impurity sub-components, as the raw material.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the spinning fiber includes inserting an alkaline chemical liquid capable of eluting the lignin and/or the pectin, and other impurities, and a non-wood plant formed into a shape of a chip shape, a hemp shape or a thin rod shape having a length of 20-60 mm, into a container allowing forced stirring and preferably capable of being heated, removing a part of the impurities such as the lignin and the pectin by compulsorily stirring both thereof in vapor phase or liquid phase while preferably heating both thereof to be solubilized and removed, and obtaining the fibrous material having a length of 20-60 mm and soft touch feeling as the spinning material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
