PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a joint cavity part or a bearing part on the surface of a sucapular joint cavity or a natural bearing surface without bone cement. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a main part 22 having a first surface 24 in which a joint cavity part 10 to be fixed on the surface 12 of a joint cavity of a scapula 14 making a bearing surface for receiving a humeral head part 20 contacts the surface 12 of the joint cavity and a second surface 26 for receiving the humeral head part 20. The joint cavity part 10 has a main stop nail 28 which 28 extends from the first surface 24 and advances into the surface 12 of the joint cavity to fix the main part 22 on the surface 12 of the joint cavity. The main stop nail 28 has first and second end parts and the first end part is fixed on the first surface 24 while the second end part has a plurality of fins 50. The joint cavity part 10 is provided with a first stabilizing stop nail 30, which 30 extends from the first surface 24 and advances into the surface 12 of the joint cavity to prevent the movement of the main part 22 to the surface 12 of the joint cavity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
