PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more efficient repairs of the carbonizing chamber wall of a coke oven than before.;SOLUTION: A graph 1401 which shows the relationship between an extrusion load actually caused in a plurality of carbonizing chambers 11 in a plurality of coke ovens 100 and a resistance index k introduced with respect to the carbonizing chambers 11 is found beforehand with the use of the extrusion load and the resistance index k. Thereafter, when repair target regions 1503, 1504 are indicated to oven wall three-dimensional profile data 1501, 1502, the resistance index k in the case of repairing the repair target regions 1503, 1504 is calculated and the extrusion load corresponding to the calculated resistance index k is estimated from the graph 1401. Since the resistance index k and the extrusion load are clearly correlated, the reliability of the estimated extrusion load becomes extremely high.
