PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving by reducing waste of energy caused by latent heat treatment in dehumidification and humidification, and sensible heat treatment, and to achieve lowering of manufacturing cost.;SOLUTION: A desiccant rotor 2 is disposed in a desiccant ventilation system. The desiccant rotor 2 integrally includes: a humidity switching part 10 where an opening 13 capable of ventilating in the passage direction of an air supply passage and an exhaust passage is formed and an adsorbent is incorporated, both end surfaces in the passage direction of the humidity exchange part 10 being provided with a ventilating opening 14; and heat exchange parts 11, 12 incorporated with a heat reservoir. In the outside air dehumidifying operation, the outside air is supplied to the room interior through a first heat exchange part 11 functioning as a coldness radiating region, the humidity switching part 10 functioning as a moisture adsorbing region, and a second heat exchange part 12 functioning as a heat storage region for warm in order, and the interior air is discharged to the outside through the second heat exchange part 12 functioning as a heat radiating region, the humidity switching part 10 functioning as a moisture desorption region, and the first heat exchange part 11 functioning as a coldness storage region in order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
