PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an optical signal into an electric signal without deteriorating a waveform characteristic of input light received by a phototransistor.;SOLUTION: This circuit has the phototransistor wherein input light is supplied to an input terminal, for amplifying the input light, and generating an electric signal; the first load element connected between an output terminal of the phototransistor and a reference potential; and an output transistor wherein the output terminal of the phototransistor is connected to an input terminal, and the second load element is connected between one terminal for output and the reference potential, and the other terminal for output is grounded alternately, and an output signal is drawn out from one terminal.
