PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving the convenience of a user by efficiently managing public information and secret information included in trace information in a system for managing the trace information.;SOLUTION: In this trace information management device 100 for storing trace information related with an article, an input acceptance part 111 accepts the input of trace information having a unique data structure, and when the accepted trace information does not include secret information, a data conversion processing part 113 converts the trace information into public trace information having the standardized data structure.
