PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple active epitope, a single active epitope or ultrasensitive SQUID system magnetoreduction measuring system, capable of measuring the concentration of small biomolecules with high sensitivity. PSOLUTION: The sensitivity of the ultrasensitive magnetoreduction measuring system is smaller than 1 ppt. The system is equipped with a sample unit 100a and a sensor unit 100b. The sample unit is equipped with magnetizing coils 101 and 102, a pick-up coil 106, and a sample 105 housed inside the pick-up coil, and the sample contains at least magnetic nanoparticles coated with vital receptor, conjugated with biomolecules to be detected. The sensor unit is equipped with a SQUID magnetometer 109 and a coupled coil 107, to transfer the magnetization intensity of the sample sensed by the pick-up coil, to a magnetometer of the sensor unit via the coupled coil.
