PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and rapidly position a nail indicating the target position of a top end face by a top end positioning implement having a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: An attracting rod 1 allows whether generating a magnetic force for attracting the nail 10 to a lower end in response to the operation of a tab 15 or not to be switched.
