PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing energy consumption for maintaining the carrying action, and pneumatically or hydraulically carrying a dusty, powdery or granular bulk material.;SOLUTION: This device pneumatically or hydraulically carries the dusty, powdery or granular bulk material, and has a conveyor line 1 and an inner pipe 2 arranged in parallel to the axis in the conveyor line 1. An opening 21 and a flow register 5 are arranged at a prescribed interval in the inner pipe 2. As a result of allowing the register 5 to have an upstream side surface and a downstream side surface in an area of the opening 21, an outlet 20 to the conveyor line 1 and an inlet 22 to the inner pipe 2 are formed for a carrying medium. The upstream side surface inclines at an angle less than 90 degrees to the axis 14 of the inner pipe 2, and deflects a carrying flow striking on the surface in the direction of the outlet 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
