PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device 30, an air conditioning control program 31 and an air conditioning control method, producing an inexpensive and proper reduction in the energy consumption of an air-conditioner 11 to be installed in a building 60 which has a non-uniform air conditioning load with afforestation, without impairing pleasant feels of people in rooms. PSOLUTION: The air conditioning control device 30 for controlling the air-conditioner 11 for conditioning air in preset spaces in the building 60 having the plurality of spaces comprises a body temperature acquiring means 33 and a set temperature determining means 31.
