PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face plate member, a structure and a storage and infiltration facility for rainwater or the like using them, having high storage and infiltration capacity, combining mechanical strength and lightweight property and freely changeable in plane area and volume.;SOLUTION: A base body part 100 of this face plate member 10 is formed in a flat shape and has two pairs of sides X1, X2, Y1, Y2 opposedly parallel to each other. A mounting part 14 is provided at the outer peripheral corner part of the base body part 100 and has a mounting face lower than the intersecting position of the extended lines X0, Y0 of two sides X1, Y1. Ribs 15 are provided within the plane of the base body part 100. The structure 50 comprises a plurality of face plate members 10 and connecting members 51. The face plate members 10 are arranged at spaces P in a lengthwise direction L. The connecting members 51 are connected to the respective mounting parts 14 of the face plate members 10. The storage and infiltration facility for rainwater or the like comprises the structure 50 and a permeable layer or a impervious layer 60.
