PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage capacitor which may be formed in small size, a high voltage capacitor device and a magnetron.;SOLUTION: The high voltage capacitor comprises a dielectric material ceramic raw material 21 and at least two individual electrodes 31, 32. These individual electrodes 31, 32 are respectively provided to one surface side of the dielectric material ceramic raw material 21 with an interval kept mutually, and are connected respectively to rod type conductors 61, 62 passing through the external side of the dielectric material ceramic raw material 21.
