PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence information management server which is capable of easily achieving privacy protection on acquisition of user's presence information while reducing the operation burden to the user.;SOLUTION: A management server 3A for acquiring presence information of a mobile terminal 2 capable of using a plurality of telephone numbers corresponding to an A mode and a B mode, respectively, performs positioning of a mobile station to acquire presence information when one telephone number in an available state is a telephone number corresponding to the B mode. Consequently, the user determines the B mode as a mode for business and determines the A mode as a private mode, so that privacy of the user is protected during user's using the telephone number corresponding to the private mode to reduce the user's operation burden for privacy protection.
