PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying control method, or the like, that is capable of appropriate drying by shortening drying time and improving drying efficiency. SOLUTION: A control method for a ventilating dryer changing the amount of ventilating air in a drying chamber on the basis of time, compares a difference in a dry bulb-wet bulb temperature in a drying chamber before and after changing the amount of ventilating air, and selects the amount of ventilating air corresponding to a larger dry bulb-wet bulb temperature difference.
