PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin-formable composition superior in heat resistance for use in a membrane sealing material, and in particular, a heat-resistant membrane sealing material for a separating membrane made of a hollow or flat membrane-type fiber that is used for fiber binding in a medical/industrial purpose separating system, therefore is steam-sterilizable and is durable for a long period of time under a high temperature. PSOLUTION: This polyurethane resin-formable composition for use in the membrane sealing material comprises a modified material composed of castor oil and/or a castor oil fatty acid and a trimethylol alkane as a polyol component.
