The cotton spinning machine (1) includes, cotton spinning unit (3.1 - 3.n) one group and processor unit (2) and the continuing combination stand (40) with. The work station (3.1 - 3.n) each and area inspection unit (13.1) with parallel data transmission expedient in order to transfer the time restriction data continually simultaneously in between (5.1 - 5.n), being to the utmost simple, it is executed cheaply. Although addition sequential data transmission expedient (6), the work station which is only selected (3.3) with the continuing combination stand (40) with transfers the non time restriction data in between, it is used.
