PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control adhesion and deposit of carbon in a combustion chamber by executing auxiliary injection such as VIGOM injection or post injection in a compression ignition type internal combustion engine. PSOLUTION: A diesel knock is generated by, for example, advancing fuel injection timing of main injection of a diesel engine (S601) after executing auxiliary injection such as post injection in filter regeneration control. A temperature boundary layer is eliminated by pressure wave generated then and temperature of a wall surface of a combustion chamber is raised.
