Dynamic scheduling method and its program in production planning

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic scheduling method and a program for scheduling production plans, which allow smooth production activities by quickly generating working instructions responding to a variation of production status.;SOLUTION: A dynamic scheduling method separates a function for generating production schedules into a decision unit for a commitment sequence 100, which decides the sequence of work commitments to production shops, and a decision unit for an individual work sequence 200, which decides the sequence of the works corresponding to each facility 20 (or production processes), and configures a system so that each computer 11 can independently implement distributed processing. The decision unit for the commitment sequence 100 sends an work data for a lot 40, the commitment sequence of which is decided, to the computer 11 that is supposed to respond to a first production process. The decision unit for the individual work sequence 200, which completed an arrangement of the works in the production processes, sends the data for the works to the computer 11 that is supposed to respond the next production process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
