PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of refrigerating cycle while miniaturizing a refrigerating apparatus and an inverter device, and to perform high-level control or failure diagnosis of the refrigerating apparatus.;SOLUTION: This refrigerating apparatus comprises a first substrate 220 mounted with a converter 22a and an inverter 221a and a radiation fin 263 closely fitted to the opposite side thereof, a second substrate 230 mounted with a microcomputer 231, a current detecting mechanism 234 and a terminal block 260, and a third substrate 240 mounted with an interface connector 242 and a photocoupler 243.
