PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection accepting system, an accepting server, a connection acceptance management method or the like capable of reducing a load of the server and strictly managing connection in arrival order.;SOLUTION: The accepting server 30 receives a connection request sent from a client terminal 20 via a network 10 for an application server 40, issues a reference number to the client terminal 20 at a first connection request, and on the basis of this reference number, manages connection priority to the application server 40.
