摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control system and method realizing elimination of labor for complicate access control using a password or the like and for information exchange such as the entry of personal attributes for information provision without systematically changing an existing WWW server or WWW browser. PSOLUTION: Each of terminals at a WWW browser side and WWW server side is incorporated with an access controller equipped with an access request transmitting means, an access request receiving means which receives an acquisition request to be transmitted by the access request transmitting means of the other terminal and a use condition decision means which decides use conditions from the acquisition request received by the access request receiving means.
