Direction-of-arrival estimation method and reception beam forming apparatus without using eigenvalue decomposition

Arrival radio wave is received with plural array antenna elements which form the array antenna, correlation of the reception data of several array antenna elements is calculated, the correlation queue which does not receive the influence of the addition noise which exists in each array antenna element is made. Next, obtaining the noise part space from the correlation queue which was made with simple linear operation on the basis of the division of array response queue, it presumes the signal which incidence is done in the array antenna. To calculate the correlation between all array antenna element reception data, because eigen value the processing which is disassembled there is no necessity, the operational quantity is decreased, resistance noise characteristic improves.
