Investment recovery planning support system for estimating fuel gas pipeline facilities, and the investment recovery potential of waste heat recovery compressor with a step-up equipment

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel gas pipeline facility with boosting equipment contributing to reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, and a payout plan support system for estimating payout possibility of an exhaust heat recovery compressor. PSOLUTION: Heat of a combustion gas of a gas turbine is recovered by an exhaust heat recovery boiler, and compressor is further driven by the recovered energy, so that the fuel gas pipeline facility can reduce fuel of a gas turbine. An instant flow rate monitor or an integrated flow rate monitor for measuring flow rate of the combustion gas reduced by improving heat efficiency are disposed. Instant flow data or integrated flow rate data acquired by the monitors are transmitted to a remote location by a communications means to implement the payout plan support system for calculating increment of consignment amount of the fuel gas pipeline and green house gas emission frame amount.
