PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous control system constituted of a server, a storage and a network device connected through a network for executing flexible autonomous control corresponding to control requirements(policies). PSOLUTION: Various policies are stored in a policy DB102, and each node configuring this system is cooperated with the other nodes, and autonomous control is executed based on the policies. Also, preliminary resources are managed by using a shared pool, a bear metal pool and a standby pool, and the preliminarily resources are selected in the order of the standby pool and the bear metal pool by a work group system resource manager 105 when abnormality is occurred or when performance deteriorates.
