PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it impossible to raise lot probability by operating a start switch in prize winning lottery and to predict random numbers generated in the lottery. PSOLUTION: A game machine has a prize winning lottery means which performs lottery according to the signals of a predetermined switch operated by a player, and performs judgement of the prize winning according to the result of the lottery. The prize winning lottery means is provided with a fluctuation generater which receives the signals of the switch and inputs the signals adding fluctuation to them, and performs the lottery according to the output of the oscillation generater.
