PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending device of a wind mill rotary blade which allows mounting and removing of the wind mill rotary blade in a site including complicated geographical features where flat land exists scarcely while the wind mill rotary blade can be mounted and removed without employing a plurality of units of heavy machinery, a mounting method of the wind mill rotary blade and a construction method of a wind power generation device. PSOLUTION: The suspending device is equipped with a block 14 which leads a suspending wire 17 to a wind mill rotary blade 6 side from a rotary head 4 side on which the wind mill rotary blade 6 is mounted and which is movably arranged in a direction along the rotational axis of a rotor head 4, a holding part 15 which holds an mounting end side of the wind mill rotary blade 6 and keeps a line connecting a barycenter of the wind mill rotary blade 6 and a connection part to which the suspending wire 17 is connected intersects with respect to a longitudinal axis of the wind mill rotary blade 6, and a winch 12 which is arranged on the ground and winds up or down the holding part 15 by towing the suspending wire 17.
